Morro Bay Sandspit Tour
We launch from the harbor and paddle out under Morro Rock toward the sandspit, the long barrier dune that separates the bay from the open ocean.
The water inside the bay stays sheltered, which makes this the easiest of our ocean tours. Otters raft up in the kelp, harbor seals haul out on the spit, and the bird life through the estuary is constant.

Pismo Dinosaur Caves Tour
Three hours along the cliff line below Shell Beach, where the rock is cut through with sea caves. Depending on the tide, as many as fifteen of them are open enough to paddle into.
We stop at Shelter Cove where the otters camp in the kelp forest, then work back along the cliffs. This is open ocean, so it suits paddlers who want more than flat water.

Avila Beach Estuary Tour
The gentlest paddle we run. The Avila estuary is protected water, so there is no swell and very little wind, which makes it the right first tour for younger kids and anyone who has never been in a kayak.
The creek holds steelhead trout and the whole estuary is a designated bird sanctuary, so expect Canadian geese, herons, and whatever else is migrating through.

Shell Beach Fishing Tour
A guided three-hour paddle out to the rockfish grounds off Shell Beach. We provide all the gear: rods, tackle, bait, and of course the kayak.
Whether you have fished from a kayak before or never picked up a rod, our guides put you on the fish and make sure you have a good day out there.
